Higher Education for Lutherans Program Foundation, Inc. (H.E.L.P.) was established as a 501 (c) 3 charitable
organization in 1970. The purpose of the H.E.L.P.
Foundation is to promote and support the Christian
education programs in the Arizona congregations of the
Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. |
